Alen Vukic is Chief Executive Officer and Founding Partner of Copernicus Wealth Management Ltd., and Vice-President of Copernicus Wealth Management (Middle East) Ltd. He is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the Group, including wealth management and family office activities for ultra-high-net-worth clients, as well as the firm’s national and international development, financial management, risk governance, and regulatory oversight across jurisdictions.

He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Copernicus Wealth Management from its founding in 2017 until 2025, playing a key role in the firm's development and structuring. Prior to that, he held senior roles at BSI SA and Patrimony 1873 SA, where he served as Head of Risk Management and Partner.

Alen holds a PhD in Finance from the University of Fribourg and has completed executive programs at IMD Lausanne.
