After an extensive period gaining experience in the Private Banking Italy department of Credit Suisse Zurich, Nadia Casciano moved to BSI Zurich in 1998 as manager of HNWI and UHNWI clientele.
In 2005 she moved to Lugano, where she continued to pursue her career as a Family Officer for HNWI and UHNWI clientele with BSI.
In 2012 she was involved in the creation and development of Patrimony 1873 SA, where she was Relationship Manager until 2016. She is Co-Founder of the Copernicus Group, where she heads Wealth Management Services and Human Resources.
