FOUNDATION
Copernicus Wealth Management & Services SA and Copernicus Asset Management Ltd. are established in December.
2017
FINMA LICENSE
Within a year of its founding, Copernicus Wealth Management (formerly Copernicus Asset Management) obtains a FINMA license to manage collective investment schemes (CISA).
2017
ACQUISITION
The Group acquires Thalia Capital Advisors (formerly Thalìa SA), specializing in the promotion and distribution of financial products and services.
2018
CSSF - CBI LICENSE
The Group secures licenses to administer collective investment schemes in Luxembourg and Ireland.
2020
MERGER
Copernicus Wealth Management & Services SA and Copernicus Asset Management Ltd. merge to form Copernicus Wealth Management Ltd.
2020
ACQUISITION
The Group acquires Finpartner Financial Services SA, expanding its wealth management offerings to private and institutional clients.
2021
EXPANSION TO ZURICH
Copernicus Wealth Management opens a new office in Zurich.
2025
EXPANSION TO DUBAI
Copernicus Wealth Management (Middle East) establishes a presence in Dubai, DIFC, to serve clients across the Middle East.
